Worldwide Shipping
We ship our handcrafted walnut furniture worldwide from our workshop in China. We work with trusted freight forwarders to ensure your furniture arrives safely.
Production Time
Each piece is made to order. Typical production lead times are:
- In-stock items: 1-2 weeks
- Standard products: 4-6 weeks
- Custom/bespoke orders: 6-10 weeks
Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping typically takes:
- Asia: 7-14 days
- Europe: 3-5 weeks
- North America: 3-5 weeks
- Middle East: 2-4 weeks
- Australia/NZ: 3-5 weeks
Crating and Packaging
All furniture is professionally crated in custom-built wooden crates with protective padding to ensure safe transit. Crating costs are included in the shipping quote.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number and estimated delivery date. For large freight items, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule delivery.
White Glove Delivery
For an additional fee, white glove delivery service is available in select regions. This includes inside delivery, unpacking, and placement in your chosen room. Contact us for a quote.
