1. Custom Furniture Policy – 定制产品政策

At Villa Custom Furniture, all our products are custom-made according to each client’s specific requirements, including custom sizes, finishes, materials, and design specifications.

由于所有家具均为根据客户具体需求定制（包括尺寸、颜色、材质、设计等），定制产品不支持退货、不支持无理由退款，请您在下单前确认好所有细节。

2. No Returns for Custom Orders – 定制订单不退货

• No Returns: Custom-made furniture cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
• No Refunds: Payments for custom orders are non-refundable after production begins.
• Design Confirmation: We provide detailed drawings and material samples for confirmation before production. Once you confirm the design, the order is considered final.

3. Quality Issues – 质量问题

If there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not match the confirmed specifications, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will:

• Inspect the issue with photos and videos
• Arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion
• Provide the solution within 5 business days

4. Before You Order – 下单前须知

• All custom orders require a 50% deposit before production begins
• Remaining 50% balance is due before shipment

• By placing an order, you agree to this refund policy
